What is the age limit for Under 1 Roof, Thanet?
We recommend Under 1 Roof for children of all ages. Our Toddler area is suitable for those up to 4 years with our main frame being suitable for those aged 4-11 years. For our older guests we are building a Game Station, equipped with gaming pods & arcade machines, as well as our popular Football Cage!
Why are you doing sessions?
Due to Covid-19 we have increased our cleaning times and therefore are closing in between sessions to fully sanitise and clean the Soft Play, Touch Points & Seating Areas
Do I have to pay for my baby to enter Under 1 Roof?
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, centre capacity has been dramatically reduced. Due to this we are asking for a nominal entry fee of £1.50 for our guests who are Under 1 Years old (Babes in Arms). Over 1’s (or walking) will need to pay the full child price as they will be using the centre facilities.
Do adults get in free?
With each full paying child ticket (£6) you get one free adult ticket. So if you buy 2 children’s tickets @£6 you will get 2 free adult tickets. Extra adults will then be charged £1.50 on the door.
Can I bring my own pic-nic?
Unfortunately, you will not be permitted to consume any food or drink in the building that has not been purchased in our cafe.
What is your reduced capacity during Covid-19?
We are currently operating at 40% of our standard centre capacity. This will naturally fluctuate depending on bookings, however we have a maximum of 60 children entering the Soft Play frames in any one session with no more than 140 people on site at any one time.
Do I have to wear a mask?
To adhere to our Risk Assessment and to ensure Covid-19 guidelines are being adhered to, we ask all guests of age 11+ to wear a mask when inside the building. You may remove your mask when seated in our cafe.
Can I book a party?
Please email email@example.com to discuss our party options. These are currently limited due to the government restrictions but we do have a number of options available to you at this time.
What is Dinky Town and can I access it from inside Under 1 Roof?
Dinky Town is a role-play village where children partake in imaginative play. Dinky Town is a separate business with its own entry ticket, accessed from the side of the Complex. You can not enter Dinky from Under 1 Roof and a separate ticket must be purchased.
